1. How to Use Water Filter Candle First Time?
Using a water filter candle for the first time requires a systematic approach to ensure its effectiveness in purifying water. Here's a detailed guide:

2. How to Change Water Filter Candle?

Water Filter Candle Change Steps
①Remove the old filter candle
Method 1: First close the main water valve, then put a red and blue mark of about 8 mm on the handle of the faucet, buckle it down, loosen the fixing screw counterclockwise with a flat-blade screwdriver, take off the handle, and open the faucet with an adjustable wrench. open the upper part of the gland with a wrench, and take out the ceramic water filter candle inside.
Method 2: Close the main water valve first, you can insert a screwdriver under the handle of the faucet, pry it up from left to right, and pry it on one side, slowly and evenly and steadily, so that you can remove the water filter candle.
② Replace the new filter candle
After removing the water filter candle, you will see a blue rubber circle at the bottom of the water filter candle. It is generally customary that the bottom of the left water filter candle is a red rubber, and the spool on the right is a blue rubber. Therefore, when changing the water filter candle on the right, it is still necessary to use a blue rubber water filter candle. After installing the water filter candle, insert the handle and adjust the direction of the handwheel. When the handle is on both sides, the water is turned off, and the direction of the person standing is boiling water. Install the screws and cover the blue cover on the right, so that the new water filter candle is replaced.
If there is water leakage, it is estimated that the gasket that presses the water filter candle is not elastic enough. Replace the gasket or wrap it with a raw material tape for a few times.
3. How to Install Ceramic Water Filter Candle & Chanege?
The advantage of the ceramic filter candle is that it has less water pollution. Generally, high-quality faucets use ceramic filter candles. The pore size of the ceramic filter is 0.1 micron, which is slightly larger than that of the ultrafiltration material. It can filter out bacteria, heat sources, microorganisms and colloids in the water, and significantly reduce the turbidity in the water. The service life is 12 to 24 months. If your water filter produces less water under the same conditions, such as the same water pressure and water temperature, the water from the water filter has a bad taste or RO water filter produces water too fast, which may indicate that you need to change the water filter candle. 
To install a ceramic water filter candle, begin by ensuring the filtration system is clean and dry. Insert the ceramic candle into the designated slot, making sure it fits securely. Tighten any fasteners or seals according to the manufacturer's instructions to prevent leaks. Prime the candle by soaking it in clean water for the specified time to activate its filtration capabilities. Once primed, connect the filtration system to the water source and allow water to flow through the candle. Test the filtered water for quality before consumption.
To change a ceramic water filter candle, first, turn off the water supply to the filtration system. Disconnect the system from the water source and remove the housing containing the filter candle. Unscrew or unclip the old candle from its housing and discard it appropriately. Clean the housing and inspect it for any damage. Install the new ceramic filter candle into the housing, ensuring it fits securely. Reassemble the water filtration system, reconnect it to the water source, and flush the new candle according to the manufacturer's instructions. Test the filtered water before resuming regular use.
