You may refuse delivery at no charge. If you’ve already received the package, please follow our 30-Day Return Policy. Return shipping costs will apply.
30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy
Return within 30 days of receiptThis policy is valid only for purchases from simpurelife.com. Bulk orders (10+ units) are non-refundable.
- Items must be unused and returned in original condition with packaging.
- All accessories must be included; missing parts may affect your refund.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
Email service@simpurelife.com with:
- Your order number
- Email used at purchase
- Reason for return (photos recommended for quality issues)
Once approved, we will provide the return address. Unauthorized returns may incur additional costs.
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Quality-related returns: SimPure covers shipping cost.
- Non-quality returns: Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
- Unauthorized returns: May incur extra charges.
Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Additional bank processing time may apply.
