We operate a modern manufacturing facility covering more than 100,000 square meters, equipped with a professionally accredited testing laboratory certified by internationally recognized authorities.
This laboratory not only supports our in-house R&D and quality control, but also provides professional, impartial third-party testing and certification services for external partners. Laboratory Capabilities

Membrane material testing

In our lab, we test membrane materials from the very beginning — including pore size consistency, filtration accuracy, and material strength. These tests help us understand how each membrane performs in real filtration conditions and ensure only qualified materials move forward into production.

Flow rate & pressure resistance testing

We run flow rate and pressure tests to see how membranes behave under different working conditions. By adjusting pressure and flow levels, we evaluate stability, efficiency, and structural reliability, making sure the membrane performs consistently during actual use.

Long-term usage simulation

To better predict real service life, we simulate long-term usage in controlled lab environments. This allows us to observe performance changes over time, such as flow decline and fouling behavior, and improve membrane design for long-lasting, reliable filtration.
